What is the dress code?

First of all, we want our guests to feel comfortable. Sunday best is completely appropriate. If you'd like to go a little bit fancier, you won't stick out! :) Our wedding will have a very country, vintage spring feel. That being said, if you have any gingham, vintage floral print, or even actual vintage pieces, now is your time to wear them! If you want to wear cowboy boots, go for it! Whatever you're most comfortable dancing in. For guys, ties are optional. Dress pants and shirt are perfectly fine. (Unless you're in our wedding party!!). "Cowboy" formal is also welcomed for our Texans and Texas loving friends: dress pants or nice jeans, cowboy boots, belt, blazer, and optional hat. The ceremony will be outside; cocktail hour and the reception will be partially indoor. May can be humid in New York, but usually a bit chilly after the sun goes down. Layer accordingly, or steal your husbands jacket. ;) We cannot wait to see all of you beautiful people!!
