What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Formal/cocktail attire- Suits and gowns are welcome, and so are jackets and cocktail dresses

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4pm, so please arrive early with plenty of time to find a seat and mingle with other guests :)

Will there be parking available at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of free parking at both locations. If needed, cars can be left overnight at Independence Grove.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held indoors, and cocktail hour will be held outside on a covered patio. (In case of inclement weather, cocktail hour will also be held indoors at the guest center.)

Will there be time between the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is about 1 hour between the ceremony and reception to allow time for guests to drive to Libertyville. If you should arrive before the official 6pm start time for cocktail hour, we recommend you stick around the venue and enjoy the park!

Question

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?

Answer

Yes- a Holiday Inn Express shuttle will be available to take guests back to the hotel around 11pm.
