What is the schedule of events?

Question

When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 3:30pm. We kindly ask that guests arrive by 3:00 to park, enter the venue, and find their seats. If you are using our shuttle bus services from Lansdowne Resort we will notify you of shuttle bus times.

Is there a shuttle to the venue?

Answer

Yes! There are 2 shuttle buses arriving to Lansdowne resort at 2:15pm and departing at 2:30pm the day of the wedding. After the reception, there will be 2 buses back to Lansdowne resort picking up at the venue at 9:00pm and departing at 9:15pm.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes there is ample parking on site at the back of the barn. Venue staff will be on site to direct you to the parking lot! NOTE: please do not plan to leave your car at the venue overnight. A fee of $250 would be incurred for any cars left overnight at the venue.

Can I take photos?

Answer

Our ceremony will be a “no phone” zone. For the duration of the ceremony we ask you to silence and put away all cell phones. Our wonderful photographer will take care of the photos and we will circulate a link to those after the wedding! The remainder of the evening you are free to snap as many photos as you’d like!!

Is it open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have 2 signature cocktails to choose from as well as various beers, wines, ciders, and seltzers.

Is there an after party?

Answer

After the reception ends at 9pm, we will be transitioning back to Lansdowne Resort. All are welcome to join us at the hotel bar “Coton and Rye” until close at 11:45pm!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal or Formal Attire (For men: suit and tie or dress shirt and slacks, For women: mid to full length dress/gown or pant suit)

Are children allowed?

Answer

We kindly ask that all kids under 15 are left with a trusted sitter. However, if childcare becomes a deciding factor do not hesitate to reach out to us.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

When you RSVP online, there will be a question asking if you have any dietary restrictions. Our menu is already gluten-free/ celiac friendly, but our caterer can accommodate any food allergies or dietary preferences as needed!

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

We have a hotel block at Landsdowne Resort for the weekend of our wedding. You can reach them at 1-877-509-8400 and mention the Kelly/ Freeman hotel block when booking. This is where we will shuttle to and from the wedding.
