We're getting married!!!

We initially met through our mutual best friend (Lynne Kerr) while in college. Shakyra was working on her undergrad degree at UAB and Peter was interning in Birmingham in the Fall of 2012. As a friend triangle, all three of us would meet up each year if possible to vacation and enjoy time with one another. Fast forward and following our New Orleans friend's trip in the Spring/Summer of 2021, we started to notice that there was chemistry between us. The following Summer of 2022, Shakyra moved from Georgia to Maryland so that our growing relationship could continue to thrive. We got engaged in the Summer of 2024 and have been building with each other since to get married in June 2026. God Is Good!!!
