Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you are staying at the Hyatt Regency at Coconut Point (the first hotel on the 'Travel' list), you won't need transportation as everything is at the hotel, if you are staying at any other hotel/accommodation, we will not be providing transportation. Ubers/Lyfts are available in the area and are very reasonable.

Is there airport transportation to and from the hotels?

Answer

Uber and Lyft or private car service is plentiful from RSW airport. All major rental car companies are available from RSW, but please note there is a daily fee to park at the Hyatt Coconut Point Resort.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For the Welcome Party, show off your best vacation outfit - sundresses, linen, shorts, etc (no bathing suits please). For the wedding ceremony and reception, dress code is Florida Formal. For the ladies, formal or cocktail dresses (no sundresses please!), for the men, suit and tie. For all of our guests, we suggest fun colors and prints to fit the Florida tropical vibe.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please be in your seats by 4:15, the ceremony still start at 4:30.

Answer

Your invitation will indicate if you have a plus one. We have thoughtfully selected our guest list and are excited to welcome those named on the invitation.

Can I Bring My Kids?

Answer

Kids can be cool, however it would not be cool to bring your little ones to the wedding, adults only please.
