The ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM sharp. We'd love for you to arrive around 5:00 PM, giving you time to enjoy a welcome drink and get comfortably settled before we begin.
With several exciting events happening that weekend—including the FIFA World Cup, MLB All-Star festivities, and Philadelphia’s 250th birthday—we recommend booking accommodations early. We’ve reserved room blocks at The Notary Hotel and Element Hotel, both conveniently located within five miles of The Switch House. For those who’d like to stay closest to the celebration, The Riversuites at The Battery are located in the same building as our venue—these rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Black Tie Optional. We encourage guests to dress in formal attire. For women, this could include a floor-length gown, formal midi dress, or an elegant cocktail dress. For men, a tuxedo is welcome but not required; a dark suit and tie are perfectly appropriate. We want everyone to feel comfortable while celebrating with us!
