Travel Note
Our wedding will take place at River Bend in Lyons, Colorado, but Boulder will be home base for the weekend! The main airport is Denver International Airport (DEN), which is about 45-60 minutes from Boulder, depending on traffic. Boulder is about 30 minutes from Lyons, so we'll take care of transportation to and from the venue. Rideshares are much harder to find in Lyons - so plan to take the shuttle back at least. You are, of course, welcome to drive yourself to and from River Bend, with the knowledge that it will be a dark, windy one-lane road back to Boulder. If you're staying in Boulder, you may not need a rental car. The city is walkable, and you can easily take an Uber, Lyft, or bus from the airport to Boulder. However, if you’d like more flexibility for exploring the area, renting a car would be a good idea. We have discounted parking rates with our hotel blocks.

We have a rate of $289+tax per night, along with complimentary WiFi and access to on-site amenities, including a fitness center, outdoor lounge, and lobby bar/restaurant. The hotel charges a $20 nightly amenity fee, which covers perks like reusable bottled water, courtesy car service within the neighborhood, access to the game room, pool, and hot tub, use of CU recreation facilities, and discounts at local businesses.
