What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

We request that you wear Beach Formal. We would love for everyone to still look their best, but be as comfortable as possible.

Beef or Fish? Could you be more specific?

Answer

The dinner options during the reception are: Beef fillet with mashed potatoes with portobellos, truffle oil essence with vegetables and mustard sauce Mahi mahi fillet, saffron risotto and tomato sauce confit with goat cheese

What if I have food allergies that don't allow me to eat beef or fish?

Answer

Please indicate ANY and ALL food allergies on your RSVPs. The chef will be more than happy to make you a personal dish to accommodate your needs!

Does the resort offer childcare?

Answer

Explorer's Club for Kids Open: 9 a.m. – 10 p.m. Created especially for youngsters, the club is fully and professionally supervised and filled with adventures and activities that they will enjoy and treasure for a lifetime. Babysitting services are available. Pricing is as follows: 1 Child - $15 USD/hour 2 Children - $25 USD/hour Terms & Conditions: Due to safety and security regulations, the maximum number of children for 1 babysitter is 2 children. After 11 p.m., $30 USD will be charged for the babysitter’s transportation. Cancellations must be made within a minimum of 4 hours prior to the service or $20 USD will be charged as a penalty. Payment goes directly to the babysitter. Requirements: Reservations must be made 24 hours prior at the Concierge Desk by filling out a form with general information. Minimum service for babysitter is 3 hours. Services and prices are subject to availability and change. Services are also seperate from the Explorer's Club.

Which room should I pick?

Answer

We recommend the "Preferred Club Ocean View Room"! The views are definitely better from these rooms and the Preferred Club members get some extra added amenities. The whirlpools on the balcony are also a nice bonus!

Can I stay at a different hotel/resort than where the wedding is?

Answer

We highly encourage all guests stay at Dreams Riviera Cancun! We spent a lot of time researching and picking out the perfect resort for all of our guests in hopes that everyone would stay together. If you do decide to stay somewhere else please be aware that there is a $65 day pass fee per person to come to Dreams.
