What time will the Welcome Drinks begin on Saturday evening?

Guests are welcome to join us on the deck at 7:00pm at Mission on the Bay for appetizers and drinks

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at the Willowdale Estate for 4:00pm

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes. The Willowdale Estate has 65 parking spots. Please let us know if your travel plans have changed since your RSVP

Is there a shuttle to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes. The shuttles will depart from the Salem Waterfront Hotel & Suites at 3:30pm to bring guests to Willowdale Estate. There will be 2 shuttles departing from Willowdale Estate to the Salem Waterfront Hotel & Suites at the end of the reception. The early shuttle will leave at 10:30pm and the late shuttle will depart at 11:00pm.

Will the shuttle stop at each hotel?

Answer

No. The shuttle will only pick up and drop off from Salem Waterfront Hotel & Suites. Hawthorne Hotel is a 4 minute walk and the Hampton Inn is an 8 minute walk or 2 minute drive
