This love story starts like every love story should....with beer. We were first introduced at a new brewery, Pitt Street Brewing On The Pamlico, as it opened its doors in Washington. The introduction came through one of my employees, who happened to be a friend and coworker of Miranda’s. As we began chatting, our conversations effortlessly drifted from tennis to music, and soon expanded to countless other topics. In October 2022, we had our first date, and two years later, in October 2024, we returned to the brewery for a special reason. The place where we had first met, the same place where we had spent countless hours laughing, talking, enjoying beers and growing together, now held the promise of a lifetime as we had our engagement at Pitt Street On The Pamlico's balcony, as the sun set over the water.
