Question

What's happening Friday night?

Answer

We'll be hosting an informal welcome party for all guests on Friday night at the Bellingham Cider Company. Beer, cider and food will be served. Feel free to stop by anytime between 5:30-8:30pm!

Question

I'm coming from out of town. Where should I stay?

Answer

We'd love for our out of town guests to stay at our wedding venue, Hotel Bellwether. There is a discounted rate offered to all our guests, please call the Hotel directly and ask for the "Romano - Bardon Wedding" courtesy rate. There are also other options in the area, check out our "Travel" section for a list of recommendations.

Question

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on the terrace at Hotel Bellwether. Dinner, reception and dancing will be held in the Bellwether Ballroom.

Question

How should I get to the venue? And where should I park?

Answer

If you're not staying at the Hotel Bellwether, you will need to drive or take a ride share / taxi. There will be free overnight parking available at the Bellwether for all wedding guests. Please note Bellingham is a small town and Lyfts/Ubers can be somewhat limited.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Friday night Welcome Party: Casual Saturday Ceremony: Cocktail Attire - cocktail dresses for women and pants + collared shirts for men. September in the PNW is beautiful but can be chilly, especially at night. We recommend bringing a jacket to both Friday and Saturday night events.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. If you're unsure, please ask us!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Although we love your kids, this is will be a 21+ event.

Question

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

We love photos! However, we kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage you to take as many photos as you'd like (and please share them with us!)

Question

Is there a registry?

Answer

Your presence in helping us celebrate our special day is the best gift we could ask for! Should you feel inclined to give us a gift, we are registered through West Elm, Sur La Table, and Amazon. Please see the "Registry" section for more details!
