Yes, there will be buses to and from the hotels for our guests on Saturday to the church and back to the hotels. All buses will be departing at 1:00pm from the hotels. If you are staying at the Ritz Carlton or Element, the bus will be picking up from the Element. If you are staying at the Double Tree and Bellevue, buses will be picking up out front of their lobbies on Broad Street. All buses will return to the hotels after the ceremony.
At the ceremony there is a parking lot that you will be able to park in. There is an entrance Northbound on Old York Road (611) and on Elkins Avenue as well. For the reception, if you are driving, we recommend you valeting at The Bellevue. Otherwise it is a very quick walk, even in heels from the nearby hotels to The Bellevue. There will be buses from the hotels to the ceremony and back to the hotels as there will be a small break between the ceremony and reception for the bride, groom and wedding party to take some pictures.
If you are taking the buses we are providing from the hotels, you will be provided those times in your welcome package when you arrive at the hotel. Otherwise, please arrive promptly by 2:00pm. We will be starting promptly at 2:30pm. We are two Greeks who like to be on time :)
Yes; black tie. Think 'red carpet glam' - for the gents, a dapper tuxedo is a must, and ladies, channel your inner Hollywood star with a floor-length dress! Get ready to sparkle and shine!
