Travel Note
Transportation will be provided for our guests. Shuttles will run to and from Hotel Zero Degrees and The Candlewood Inn. Further details will be provided at a later date.

Due to the timing of our event, early check-in is not guaranteed. We suggest calling the front desk the morning of your stay to see if they can accommodate you. In the event your room isn't ready, please make sure you are prepared to catch the shuttle! The hotel has a beautiful lobby and convenient restrooms if you need to freshen up or finish getting ready.
