How do I get to the wedding venue?
Answer
Shuttle pickup: Bay View Grand and Velas Vallarta: 3:50pm Sheraton: 4:00pm Hotel Mousai: 4:20pm If you’re at a nearby hotel that isn’t a pick up point, you can take a quick cab/uber and ride with the group OR just take an Uber to the venue. What should I wear?
Answer
For men: slacks and a shirt or a lightweight suit, make sure you dress for comfort since it’ll be in the 80s! For women: dresses/jumpsuits/whatever of any style, I would probably steer clear of extreme stilettos as we’ll be walking on palm mats over the sand for majority of the night. Or wear stilettos and pack a back up shoe! For the welcome dinner: Wear whatever, it’s casual!

Will we be inside or outside?
Answer
We will primarily be outdoors, there will be fans to help keep cool and the sun sets before 6:30. If anyone gets too hot, the inside will be open as well!

What if I have dietary restrictions?
Answer
We will have an assortment of food that includes vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Please let us know if you have any allergies!

What if my plane arrives late?
Answer
It happens - just let us know as soon as possible if your flight is delayed and you are unable to make it to the welcome dinner.
