Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We are no longer taking RSVPs. If you didn’t RSVP by the deadline, we unfortunately won’t be able to accommodate your attendance at the wedding. If you are no longer able to attend, please inform ASAP. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

We are excited to celebrate our wedding with you! Our dress code is semi-formal to formal, so feel free to dress to the nines in your Sunday best or embrace a slightly more relaxed style while still keeping it classy. From Aloha shirts and suits to your favorite skirts and ball gowns, all attire is welcome! We can't wait to see how you choose to express your style on our special day! We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing white, burgundy, red, navy blue, and purple.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests may arrive as early as 4:00pm and we kindly ask that you arrive no later than 4:25 PM. If you arrive after this time, we won’t be able to allow entry into the ceremony until it concludes.

Question

What time should I plan to leave?

Answer

Our reception will end by 10:30pm. All guests will need to exit the venue no later than 10:45pm, ensuring you have your personal belongings and exit the venue by that time.

Question

Who can I bring?

Answer

Kindly note that our celebration is an adults-only affair. Only guests and children listed on the invitation will be welcomed at the wedding. All invited guests will be named on the invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and are so excited to celebrate with you!

Question

Where can I park?

Answer

There is free and convenient city parking surrounding The Simon! We’d recommend the DELO lot or the Library underground parking lot. Aside from these free public parking lots just a few blocks away there is lots of street parking surrounding The Simon located on Main St. and South St. in Louisville, CO. See below for more details: https://www.louisvilleco.gov/exploring-louisville/visitors/downtown-parking

Question

How will I get home?

Answer

We won’t have shuttles available, so please plan to drive yourselves home or consider using Uber or Lyft for your convenience. Thank you!

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Colorado in late October can get a little brisk and/or be snowy! Please bring a jacket just in case and dress according to the weather. The entire wedding will be indoors so you won't need it during the wedding but likely afterwards.

Question

Can I bring a gift?

Answer

We have lived together for a couple of years already, so we generally have everything we need (if not two of them lol). Please do not feel obligated to buy us anything, all that we expect is your presence. If you would like to get us something, a contribution to our honeymoon/newlywed fund and other fun experiences are located under the registry tab would be greatly appreciated! Of course there will be a guest book and box for letters at the wedding if you feel so inclined!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have an open bar from 5:00 - 9:00pm. After that, it will be a cash bar until the bar closes at 10:00pm. We will also have non-alcoholic beverages available.

Question

When can I/can't I take pictures?

Answer

You are welcome to take pictures throughout the night with us and each other and use the #TaCoWedding2025 so we can see them as well. We only ask that you refrain from taking any pictures with your phone or camera during the ceremony as our professional photographer will be working hard to get every angle she can of us. So sit back and enjoy the moment with us!

Question

How can I prepare for Colorado?

Answer

Whether you're a Colorado pro or a first-time visitor, we want you to be ready for your adventure! Colorado’s high altitude means the air is thinner and drier that can leave you dehydrated faster than you’d expect. Make sure to hydrate in the days leading up to your trip, and keep sipping that water while you're here. And don't forget — altitude sickness is no joke! Be aware of the symptoms and check with your doctor about any meds that could help. Oh, and just another FYI, one drink in Colorado might hit you like two at sea level. We’re excited to celebrate with you, but let’s make sure you’re staying safe and enjoying responsibly!

For all the days along the way
