Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1st 2026 via our wedding website or you can contact us personally. We kindly ask that you respond as soon as possible for us to provide a final head count to the venue. If we do not receive a response by this date, unfortunately you will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however we cannot accept late RSVP's and we hope you understand.

Will the Wedding take place indoors or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors in the Garden. The reception will take place indoors under the Marquee, you will also have access to the outdoor Garden at night.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras during the ceremony please). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this special moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. Prior to and after the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and video's as you'd like!

What happens after the Ceremony?

Answer

The Ceremony will take approximately ~ 30 minutes. After the ceremony, the Bride and Groom will be taking family photos. Feel free to mingle with the rest of the wedding party.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is formal attire.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! They are welcome at the wedding ceremony, however due to the venue limitations, the reception will be an adults-only event with the exception of family, which includes children of all ages. We encourage you to use this evening as a little date night!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There are 2 carparks at Sunnybrae Estate, Naweena Road Carpark at the main entrance and Tikalara Street Carpark near the Marquee. Please see Gallery for attached parking map.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please message us and let us know if you have any dietary requirements and food allergies! A traditional Asian banquet with Kong Bros Catering will be provided at the wedding.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! The bar will be open from 6:30pm - 11:30pm with beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages on us! Spirits will be available from 8:30pm onwards.

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

Your love and presence on our wedding day is the greatest gift of all. However, if you wish to bless us with a gift, a contribution to our honeymoon would be greatly appreciated ❤
