I laid eyes on him at the gym and I knew right then and there I have to know who he is. Now every time I went to the gym I would scope him out. Usually I would look for the tattoo on his forearm, Or this hideous yellow shirt he would wear sometimes playing basketball. I loved going to the gym if that meant I could see him hoping he would eventually talk to me. But, when that never happened, I took the matters into my own hands. All it took from me was a lot of patience and a lot of perseverance before I went and introduced myself!

I was at the gym and I saw this beautiful girl on one of the bikes through the gym window that separates the basketball court from the weight room. I was always a little shy so I never knew if I would ever walk up to her. So, I tried showing off a little bit and I swear I thought I was Kobe that day. After doing all that work hoping she was watching I look through the window and she’s not even paying attention. I started seeing her more and more though riding the same bike and after 3 months, I am glad she came up to me first and introduced herself. I asked her to go eat with me after the gym.

As we travel through life together we have learned a lot and we have grown a ton. We couldn’t imagine anything different. We came a long way since the first day we met. We moved out our parents and got our first apartment together. In this apartment we have two kids that live rent free. Our beautiful fur babies Onyx and Sora. They are a handful but they keep us on our toes and they both fit our family perfect.
