We Are Getting Married!

Peter and Gretchen’s story began in April 2014 — thanks to a wedding, a few determined friends, and one text that changed everything. Their first date at Buffalo Brew Pub ended with a kiss in the parking lot… and Gretchen had a feeling this math teacher might just add up to something extraordinary. With five incredible kids between them, they wrote their love story with patience, laughter, and a whole lot of teamwork. As proud opposites (math and reading, homebody and social butterfly, dedicated store avoider and shopping enthusiast), they discovered that the best partnerships aren’t about being the same — they’re about balancing each other perfectly. After years of lots of wonderful experiences, building a beautiful home, and creating an even stronger foundation together, they are finally ready to officially begin their next chapter as husband and wife!
