This site has some of the great things to do in Alamance County.  Alamance includes Burlington.  Some of our recommendations include The Blend Coffee Shop, Shopping at Alamance Crossings, and Glencoe Mill Village for some historical history.

This site has a lot of great things to do in Greensboro, which is 30 minutes away from Burlington.  Some of the highlights for us are the Botanical Gardens, the Greensboro Science Center, and some of the great walking trails.
