What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up for our big day. Our dress code is cocktail attire. Men are asked to wear a suit and tie, color of your choosing. Women may wear knee length, midi length, tea length, or full length gowns, color of your choosing. (no white or cream of course!)

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin punctually at 5:00 pm. We ask that you arrive no later than 4:45 pm to allow time to settle into your seats. If you arrive after this time, we ask that you remain in the reception hall and patiently wait for cocktail hour. Thank you for understanding!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors, and our reception will be held indoors with patio space for fresh air if desired.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, our wedding is kid free. We love your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults only event. Think of this as a fun date night for Mom and Dad!

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking on site with easy access to the venue. Transportation from the parking area to the venue via a golf cart will be available for your convenience if desired.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

As much as we would love to share the love with everyone on our big day, due to limitations at our venue, all invited parties will be listed on your invitation.

Can we take pictures and videos throughout the day?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged. We ask that you please put away phones and cameras so our photographer can capture our special moment. We hope that you will remain present in the moment with us! During our reception please feel free to photograph and record to your hearts content.

How should I RSVP?

Answer

You may choose to RSVP by filling out the card included with your invitation with your preferences and mail it back to us. Otherwise, you may scan the QR code on the card insert and fill the form out with your preferences digitally.

What are the smoking rules for the evening?

Answer

We are kindly asking that all of our guests refrain from smoking or vaping for the duration of our special day. This includes the grounds of the Cape Club, both indoors and outside.
