Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony will be held outside (Weather Permitting). Reception indoors

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive an 45 minutes to an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Where should guests park?

Answer

A member of the Blue Bird team will be outside showing everyone where to park.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception area where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event (except for the members of the bridal party) so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is May 18, 2022. Please mail back the RSVP. If you previously RSVP'd "YES" and can no longer attend please reach out to Peter or Breann and let them know ASAP.

Can I bring a date?

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Yes, we have a block of hotels in Frederick at Homes2 Suites by Hilton. You can find more information under the "Travel" tab
