That’s the brilliant opening line Arielle chose when she and Peter started talking online. What started as a casual conversation became hours, then days, then weeks of almost constant texts between the two until he finally asked her for a first date. And thankfully, she said yes! Unfortunately, right before leaving for the date, Arielle discovered her car covered with three different types of wasps and had to crawl through the passenger side door to leave. It made her late enough where Peter thought he was getting stood up. Luckily the date went on, and they met at a Maggiano’s where their booth was accosted by fruit flies. A very romantic start for the both of them. Good conversation and post-dinner ice cream saved the day though, and they both agreed to a second date. But it wouldn’t be until Riot Fest, listening to Rise Against, when they would both realize this was something more. Soon after that, they made it official. Through two years of laughter, fun, video games, and adventures, they became inseparable. And on November 25, 2023, Peter popped the question at the Museum of Science and Industry in front of close friends and family, to which Arielle of course said “yes.” Peter and Arielle can’t wait to celebrate their marriage with you on October 26, 2024! They hope to start this part of their journey with love, family, friends, and fun, just as their relationship has been for the past few years.
