Heinz Chapel will have an area blocked off for anyone who attends the ceremony next to the church. There will be an attendant directing you to your parking area. The aviary has 50 spots available in the main parking area. Street parking will be available around the venue and is free after 6 PM.
We’re asking everyone to aim for formal attire. For the girls, think floor/tea/knee length formal dresses or jumpsuits. For the guys, either suits or tuxes would work. For those who are worried about matching the bridal party, don’t be 🙂 Wear whatever you want! And if you do accidentally match, looks like we’re gonna have to throw you in the bridal party portraits!
As much as we love the kids in our families, we’ve made the decision to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration. With two big families and many kids on each side, we simply don’t have the space at our venue to accommodate everyone. We hope you can have a night to relax and celebrate with us!
We’d love to celebrate with everyone, but due to space, we’re only able to invite the people listed on your invitation. If you received a plus one, their name will be on there!
We will have a fully stocked open bar for everyone! Please do not bring any outside alcohol as that will put our amazing vendors at risk.
If you have a dietary restriction (such as gluten free, an allergy, vegan, vegetarian, etc) please let us know when you RSVP. The dinner will be a buffet, but special accommodations can be made through the caterer.
Since many of our family and friends live close to the venue, and we are aware that many have different preferences of hotel chains to use, we will not have a hotel block set up. We do have recommendations for hotels close to the Aviary that would fit any budget. Stay wherever you would like!
