One of the three acceptable forms of proof is acceptable to bring on the day of wedding. The three acceptable forms are (1) the CDC-issued vaccine card, (2) the New York State Excelsior Pass App, or (3) the NYC COVID Safe app. In addition please ensure to bring a photo ID.
Unfortunately, due to the mandate, we are unable to make any exceptions as NYC is not offering a test out option. If this alters your RSVP response, please reach out to Allie or Pete directly no later than September 1, 2021.
