When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We can't wait to celebrate with you — but we do need a headcount! Please RSVP by September 10, 2026 so we can make sure everything is perfectly planned for our big day. Head to the RSVP section to lock in your spot!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We’re registered for a few things we’d love and need—just head over to the Registry tab to take a look! That said, your presence is truly the best gift. If you’d prefer to give a cash gift, choose something not on our registry, or create something handmade, we would be so grateful for the thought and love behind it.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony kicks off at 4:30 PM sharp at Concorde Banquets, 20922 North Rand Road, Kildeer, IL 60047. Please arrive a few minutes early to find your seat and soak it all in! Don't be the one sneaking in late! 😉

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We're keeping it glamorous but flexible! The dress code is Black Tie Optional — tuxedos and gowns are preferred, but absolutely not required. Dress up, feel fabulous, and come ready to celebrate! We dare you to try and outdress us!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We'd love to have your favorite person join the fun - If your invitation includes a plus-one, it will be noted directly on your invite. Unfortunately, we don't have room for everybody, so if you don't see one listed, you will be seated with plenty of people you know!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Little ones are welcome to join the party — with one small caveat: we kindly ask that babies stay home for this one. All kids will be noted on your invite and in the RSVP section so there is no confusion. Think of it as your perfect excuse for a rare, fancy night out! 🥂

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Our room block is at the Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago Deer Park, 21660 West Lake Cook Road, Barrington, IL (847-726-0500) and another room block and the Holiday Inn in Deer Park. These are where most guests will be staying and is likely your best and most affordable option. There are also other hotels and Airbnbs nearby. Check the Travel tab on our website for more details!

I have a food allergy — can I make a special request?

Of course! Your comfort means the world to us. Simply note your dietary needs or allergies on your RSVP form and we'll make sure the kitchen is in the know. No one goes hungry at our wedding!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Great news — free parking is available on-site at Concorde Banquets! Just pull up, park, and let the celebrating begin. We recommend one person in your party can drive by the end of the night, so you can get to and from our venue and your hotel.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all at Concorde Banquets — so once you arrive, you're set for the whole evening! We recommend planning your rideshare or carpool ahead of time so you can enjoy every single toast.
