We met at work obviously! Where else do you meet people these days? We both started a new job on the same day and we sat together waiting for our managers to pick us up. In that moment, we definitely did not fall in love. In fact, we both thought the other was mentally unstable. Turns out, we were right! And that is how we actually fell in love. Just two crazies trying to figure life out!

The first hint that I was going to get proposed to this day was when a MASSIVE bouquet of flowers got delivered to me. I kept asking him if he was going to propose, to which he kept deflecting the question. We had dinner reservations that night and I knew for sure he was going to propose. I hadn't eaten all day and didn't want to eat because I was so nervous. He booked a little wine cellar room at a restaurant for us and proceeded to tell me he wasn't going to propose. So, I believed him and ate a large serving of carbs. Guess what came with the dessert? Yes, it was in fact the ring stuck in coconut ice cream. I obviously ate the ice cream off the ring before handing it off to him to propose with. It was delicious, would recommend. He took the ring, got on one knee and gave the most heartfelt proposal, I had to say yes!
