FAQs

Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail it back or can I do it online?

Answer

Thank you in advance for sending your RSVP before July 1st, 2024. You can RSVP on the first or last page of our website. If you do not RSVP before the deadline, we will assume you will not be joining us and will not be able to accommodate you.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.

Question

Are plus ones allowed?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list in order to stay on budget. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limited venue space, we are asking for an adult only guest list. We will be limiting children to immediate family members of the bride and groom only. Please enjoy yourself and make it a date night!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We recommend opting for a dressy-casual attire. Think along the lines of a stylish button-up with dress pants or a tasteful long dress. Kindly refrain from wearing jeans or flip-flops. While it's probably obvious, just a friendly reminder: let's keep white reserved for the bride!

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be taking place on an outdoor lawn; we recommend flat-soled shoes to avoid sinking in the grass. The reception will be held indoors. If there is inclement weather (knock on wood), both will be held indoors.

Question

Where should guests park? Is it free?

Answer

Ample free parking is available outside the venue. Alternatively, you're welcome to park at the hotel and arrange carpooling with other guests. Please note, if you choose to leave your vehicle at the venue, it must be picked up by 10 am on Saturday. For more details, please refer to the 'Accommodations' section on our website.

Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where should I stay?

Answer

We have secured a hotel block at DoubleTree by Hilton Neenah, however you are welcome to stay anywhere or return home. See the 'Accommodations' section of our wedding page for more information!

Question

Will transportation be provided to and from the hotel?

Answer

Regrettably, transportation to and from the venue will not be arranged. For guests staying at the hotel, we suggest carpooling as a convenient option. Overnight parking at the venue is available; however, please ensure vehicles are retrieved by 10 am on Saturday morning.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are thankful you will be joining us for this celebration. While gifts are not expected, we have registered for items we need for our newlywed home. You can find the link for our registry on the 'Registry' section of our wedding website.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for about an hour. Guests can head to the reception hall, where appetizers and drinks will be provided.

Question

Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?

Answer

After the wedding ceremony, we will be serving light hors d’oeuvres accompanied by Spotted Cow, Busch Light, and an open bar until the food & drink minimum is met.

Question

Will dinner be provided at the reception?

Answer

We will be having a buffet-style sit down meal. Options will include (…)

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be a limited amount of beer (Spotted Cow & Busch Light) and an open bar on us. Once the food and drink minimum is met, it will flow into a cash bar.
