Mākua Beach
This is a great beach to get up close and personal with spinner dolphins! You make catch a look at one of the first humpback whales of the season too! You will need a rental car to visit Makua Beach, as it is about 45 minutes from downtown Honolulu.

Our favorite place for coffee and acai bowls! :)
Kaka'ako Farmers Market
Every Saturday from 8-12 the Kaka'ako Farmers Market has a great mix of food and local Hawaiian treats.
Kailua Beach Park
One of our favorite beaches to picnic at on the weekends. You can grab a snack at the Kailua farmers market and head to the beach! Turkey even loves this beach!
KailuaTown Farmers’ Market
Amazing food and local vendors. Pete loves the breakfast sandwiches or walking across the street to grab a breakfast burrito at Kono's; Sierra loves the local smoothies and crepes!
Ko Olina Lagoons
Where Pete proposed to Sierra! Great beaches near the Aulani Disney Resort. Each lagoon has an atmosphere of its own. Naturally Lagoon 3 is Pete's favorite since it has the Longboard's Bar.
