Travel

Ahhhh Sorrento! A beautiful, walkable town perched above the Bay of Naples with stunning views of the mediterranean sea, amazing food, and that classic Italian charm. From Sorrento, you can easily reach Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello by ferry or bus, or take quick trips to Capri and Pompeii, making it an ideal spot for turning the wedding weekend into a full Italian getaway. We recommend flying into Naples for the most direct arrival. Rome is another great option for those wanting to cover more ground, and being a larger airport, will have better flight options. Rome is a 1.5 hour train ride away. *Consider flying into one airport and out the other to easily see both areas! European public transport is exceptional and rental cars are generally not needed. Most hotels offer complimentary shuttles into town and neighboring areas, and can arrange airport transport. Taxis are available but can be expensive.
