We're getting married!

Ours is a North Carolina love story, and a story of app magic! We met on Hinge, and had a magnetic first date over dinner, where we lingered until closing time. (That very night, we witnessed another couple's marriage proposal at the restaurant--we should have known it was a sign!) We knew we wanted to go on a second. The next date lasted all day: we walked all around downtown Durham--along the American Tobacco Trail and campus--laughing heartily and talking nonstop. (As a marathon talker, Petal was so excited to find someone as curious and eager to think out loud as she is!) After a third, a fourth, and a fifth date; after quickly developing countless inside jokes; after bonding over more hours of reality television than we can count and serving as armchair couples' therapists (Ready to Love, hire us as consultants!); after nerding out about literature and philosophy; and after hours of sharing our hopes, dreams, and visions for the future - it was obvious we had found our person in each other. We're so excited to have you all with us as we take the next beautiful step on our journey!
