Is there a dress code?

We kindly ask that guests dress in formal attire for our celebration! We would love to dress up with all of you :)

Can I bring a guest?

Invitations are extended to the guest(s) named on your invitation. If you have any questions about bringing a guest, please feel free to reach out to us directly.

While we love your little ones, this will be an adult-only event. Feel free to contact us if you have special circumstances!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony & wedding will be held outdoors at The Heitman House. If rain occurs we will have a tent ready but the event will still be outdoors. Please bring a shall, or coat if the weather isn't agreeable! Ladies, the event will be on a paver patio, please wear appropriate shoes!

What is the best way to RSVP?

Please RSVP through our website by August 31st. Simply visit the "RSVP" page, and let us know if you can join us for our special day. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What happens if I’m unable to attend?

Answer

We will miss you, but we completely understand. Please be sure to RSVP “unable to attend” by August 31st so we can plan accordingly. You’re still in our hearts!

Are shuttles provided/Is there parking?

Answer

Shuttles are provided to and from The Luminary Hotel. The first trip will be at 3:30pm and the second will be around 3:45pm. Parking is available at the venue. Valet service will also be provided.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm, so we recommend arriving a little early to settle in and find your seat.
