What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Answer
Be comfortable. It's the summer, it will most likely be warm. We will have games like horseshoes, kan jam, corn hole etc. If you can't tell, we want to keep this FUN. Ladies, don't feel you need a dress, and gents you don't need a tie.

Why a potluck?
Answer
Simple honestly... we're starting our own family, combining family traditions from the Tellers and the Pertells as well as the friends we consider family. Also with Covid, we weren't able to involve a lot of people in Decemeber when we legally got married, so we want everyone to feel involved and included.

Registry and Potluck??

If you bring a dish we do not expect any sort of gift (money, registry item or any other gift item you can think of) Some people don't feel comfortable with giving monetary gifts and others want to stay as far from a kitchen as possible.

Do I need to bring a dish?
Answer
Absolutely not! Do not feel obligated to. We appreciate you just joining us. We do however want to make sure there is enough food for everyone so if you are bringing a dish, let us know when you RSVP.

What types of food should I bring?
Answer
We're focusing on picnic/ BBQ style since we will be outside at a park. Jake and I will be handling hot dogs, burgers and getting some things catered in. But if you have a bomb potato salad recipe, a chicken recipe, flatbread/pizza, pasta or mac and cheese, french fries, fruit or veggie platters, chips, sodas, napkins, condiments. If you want to jazz it up and go crazy and make chicken and waffle sliders or mini tacos... By all means! Whatever you feel comfortable with, just let us know in advance so we can make note!

You know it! We'll be doing our own music, so if you have song requests-don't hesitate to let us know!
