Welcome to the start of our next adventure!

In January 2015, Liz had just started a new job as a sales rep for a liquor and wine company. Conveniently, Kyle was in need of a new rep - one who wasn't male and wouldn't Facebook friend him after their first meeting. So, when Liz walked through the door, it must have been fate. It only took 5 more months and some really terrible Seattle traffic for Kyle and Liz to end up at the same bar and to learn that Liz wasn't just being nice to him to sell booze but because she though he was incredibly adorable, adventurous, witty and a total catch! Their first official date was a 40 mile bike ride called “Haul Ash” – a yearly celebration of the eruption of Mt. St. Helens. This was much to the chagrin of Kyle’s good friend Shannon who told him “being sweaty and gross on your first date might not be the best idea!” But thank goodness he ignored her suggestion and, instead, found a bike, worked till 2am the night before and was at Liz’s house to pick her up promptly at 7am for the ride. While neither of them made it the full race course that day (even 30 miles on a mountain bike proved to be more painful than previously considered), it turned out to be a successful day as Liz and Kyle have been on the course of love ever since! *** The past 3 years have been an incredible whirlwind of travel, adventure, job changes, moves and much more and we both look forward to all the fantastic things the future holds - including celebrating the start of the rest of our lives with each and every one of you!
