Is there a dress code?

Answer

Garden formal attire is encouraged (some examples: https://pin.it/6rh5KNmAi). This could include floral prints, bright colors, pastels, light airy dresses of any length, a light colored suit or blazer, linen, etc. Keep in mind that it will be the end of Summer and we will be outside and on grass for part of the event.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would appreciate it if you could RSVP through our website before August 2, 2025. If you do not RSVP by this date, we will assume that you will not be in attendance.

Question

Will there be other events besides the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we will be having an optional welcome party at Sanctuary Farm the night before the wedding where everyone is welcome to join us for some drinks and snacks. Feel free to stop by and say hi any time 8pm-11:30pm (no promises Nick and I will be there all the way until the end time though, we need sleep). More details can be found on the RSVP page when you scan the QR code on your invitation.

When should I arrive at the venue for the wedding ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you get there at 4:30pm so that you can all be in your seats for us to start the ceremony promptly at 5:00pm. We will be having a short ceremony so please get there on time or you may end up missing the whole thing!

What are the ceremony and reception spaces like?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside on grass, followed by the cocktail hour which will also be outdoors. The reception space will be indoors.

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes, starting one hour before the ceremony (4:00pm) you can park on the gravel to the right when you enter the venue. If needed, you can leave your car there overnight and pick it up before 10:00am the next day.

Will the ceremony still be outside if it rains?

Answer

Depending on the amount of rain, the ceremony may be moved to be held in the indoor reception space.
