Plan to order everything on the menu! - Spruce - A hidden gem full of beautifully curated home goods and food items, rich cheeses and tasty coffee. We always end up coming out of there with a thing or two...or three. - Western Inn - Great place for outdoor drinks and bites in the heart of town - Creek House Grill - New restaurant in town with an expansive lunch and dinner menu Walk up and down the main street and pop into some cool specialty shops or find some unique antique goods...

Some of our favorite sips and stops are: - Upward Brewery - Pitchers of beer, yummy food, gorgeous views, and great ambiance. Take a short hike up "Beer Mountain" next to the brewery. - Catskill Brewery - For true craft beer, this is a must. Get a flight so you can try it all! Which one will be your favorite? - Kaatskeller - Sit out under the cafe lights or by the firepit, this authentic brick oven pizza spot is sure to please. Their cocktails are also fun. - The Smoke Joint - If you love mouth watering BBQ, this cute spot ticks the box. Try their brisket, pulled pork, and ribs or try their crispy chicken sandwich. - Sunshine Colony - cute wine bar with outdoor bites and live music. Lots of shops in between...Main Street Farm for local munchies, funky gifts at Drooz, home items at Homestead and Nest, outdoor store "Old Souls".

Roscoe is nicknamed "Trout Town" for a reason.
