What is the dress code for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Black Tie Optional. Guests are welcome to wear suits and ties or tuxedos and floor length dresses or pants suits.

What is being served for dinner?

Answer

Each guest will be served both steak and chicken with two sides, unless an allergy or vegan/vegetarian dish is requested.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking at the venue. Shuttle buses will be provided from The Homewood Suites by Hilton in Downtown Raleigh to the venue with return trips throughout the evening. You may leave your personal vehicle at the venue until 10am Sunday morning if needed.

Is the wedding indoors our outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place indoors. However, weather permitting, the cocktail hour will take place outdoors.

I am coming to town a few days early. Can I stay in the hotel block?

Answer

The hotel block at The Homewood Suites by Hilton is reserved for Friday, November 21 and Saturday, November 22. You may request a stay outside of the hotel block, or explore other options in the area: The Residence Inn by Marriot, Marriot Conference Center, Airbnb.

There will be an open bar beginning during the cocktail hour and throughout the reception. Mocktails will also be available for those under age 21 or who prefer non-alcoholic options.

Our ceremony will be unplugged. Please save pictures and videos until the cocktail hour and reception. Please share your pictures with us through Google Photos!
