Are kids invited?

Answer

Yes, so long as it says "and family" on your invitation, you will be able to RSVP for the certain amount of kids that is provided on your personal confirmation page.

Will there be a shuttle from hotel to ceremony?

Answer

No, there is plenty of parking at the venue and it's very easy to get to.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Casual/Formal: cute but polished. we want everyone to be comfortable but to look nice as well!

Open bar or cash bar?

Answer

It is an open bar with premium beer and wine choices. Still be sure to tip the bartender!

What are the food options?

Answer

We will have appetizers, a BBQ buffet w/sides for dinner, and of course cake! (It is italian cream cake so if you have a nut allergy please be aware of this and we will have more yummy treats for you!)

Is the ceremony and reception held at the same location?

Yes! Monroe Pearson can accommodate both events including a cocktail hour!
