A Halloween wedding! Can I wear a costume?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal/cocktail attire. Halloween colors are encourage (black, orange, purple, etc). For women: think long/midi dresses. The ceremony will take place on grass, keep this in mind when picking out heels/shoes! For men: suits and ties. Halloween themed ties are also encouraged!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (please no phones or cameras during the ceremony!). Professionals photographers will be there to capture every moment and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you want!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

With the exception of the flower girl and the ring bearer, unfortunately no.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, our venue is on the smaller sides and we are already at capacity. If your invitation does not mention a plus one, please do not bring one!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting at 4:30pm, so please get to the venue by 4pm so you can find a great seat and get situated.

How does parking work?

Answer

For those driving to the venue, there are parking spots in a lot nearby. For those coming from the hotel, vans will be driving back and forth to the venue.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Who knows. Might be 50 degrees, might be 95 degress (I really hope not). The ceremony will take place on the grass, but the reception will be taking place in the tented terrance and inside the house. There are 24 acres of property to explore!
