Fort Townsend is located on the scenic and remote Olympic Peninsula, many of you will be traveling from the east and will need to cross the Hood Canal Floating Bridge. The bridge is open to car traffic most of the time but can close without much notice for maritime traffic. Plan ahead and leave early enough to accommodate both types of traffic that can cause delays and backups on the Hwy.
There are several hotels around if you'd like. We aren't far from state parks, hotels, and other cool places to camp or stay. We're going to be a few short hours from Seattle. If you'd like some additional information, please let Caleb or I know so we can help you!
