In your invitation, you also have received a detail card with directions on where to book with our hotel block if thats what you have chosen to do. There will be shuttles available to those guests for the night of the wedding to take you to and from the hotel. If you are not also staying the night prior then be sure to call the hotel the morning of to request an early check in.
The ceremony will begin at 3:00PM. Please arrive 15-30 minutes earlier to allow time for parking and finding your seat. The last shuttle from the hotel will be departing about 2:00PM, please make sure to call and request early check in to the hotel if you are not staying the night prior.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP on our website. Thank you for your understanding and if you still have questions then please reach out to us :)
Although we love your little ones, this is an adults only affair. We would like to encourage you to treat our special day as a "night out" to enjoy yourselves!
Yes! There is plenty of free parking on site at the venue.
The reception will be held outdoors and the cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors.
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you - get ready to party!! For this reason, we encourage you to uber/lyft to and from the venue. For those of you who will be booking a hotel room in our block, a bus service will be arranged for the day to bring you to and from the hotel.

Yes please tell us about any dietary restrictions or allergies that you have in advance so we can accommodate you and your needs. However, if you have a gluten intolerance you will have plenty of options because so does the bride!
