What is the event timeline?
Answer
This is a non-ceremony celebration! We wanted to have a big party with our closest friends and family. Come prepared to eat, drink and dance the night away. 5-6pm - appetizers and cocktails with open dinner from 6:15-7:15. Speeches to follow, with dancing to cap off the evening.

What is the shuttle schedule and location?

REMINDER - THERE WILL BE NO PARKING AT THE VENUE SITE. PLEASE be sure to add your shuttle answer to your RSVP as we are reserving our shuttles based on the number of people who say YES. Pre-Wedding Service: Pick Up at Hampton Inn & Suites - 3815 Airway Dr, Santa Rosa, 95403 4:15 PM & 4:45 PM (rough timeline - if you don't see the shuttle, please wait in the hotel lobby until it arrives.) Please arrive 10 min. before pickup time. If you are not staying at the Hampton Inn - you may still park there for the Shuttle Service for free. Post-Wedding Service: Drop Off from event at Hampton Inn & Suites 9:15 PM - 10:45 PM You may also Uber/Lyft or Taxi directly to the venue. *Please note that you may have a 15-20 minute wait for a rideshare from the venue due to location.*

Is the guestlist flexible?
Answer
Unfortunately, only the members of your party noted on your RSVP are able to attend. We have limited space at the venue and had to be very selective with our invitations. Please do not bring anyone who is not specifically named on your invitation to the event, including children. We appreciate your understanding!
