We're Getting Married!

Dupree and I met through a dating app right outside of college. I had just graduated from Charleston Southern and Dupree had graduated 2 years ago from College of Charleston. We had our first date swimming at his apartment pool and ate dinner at a Mexican restaurant in Charleston. When we met we both didn't know where the relationship would go. The day after our first date Dupree was moving back to his hometown, Rock Hill. But we stayed in touch, I would go visit him and he would come back to Charleston to visit. Soon we officially started to date and we continued our long distance relationship. A couple years later I had gotten some experience under my belt as a nurse and my roommates and I decided to travel nurse to Charlotte NC (close to where Dupree is!). After a year of travel nursing in Charlotte Dupree and I moved into an apartment together. A year later (after my family and I bugging him to death:) He Finally Proposed!!! He proposed at our favorite dinner place in Charlotte on July 4th, invited all our friends and family, and after dinner we shot fireworks! It was the most perfect night! I am so blessed and so grateful that I get to marry the man of my dreams! I can't wait to see what the future holds for us!
