Question

When are RSVPs due?

Answer

RSVPs are due by September 1st. Submitting your response by this date helps us finalize our guest list with our venue and catering team, and allows us ample time to create a thoughtful seating arrangement for our wedding celebration.

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Your invitation reflects the number of seats reserved in your name. If a plus one is included, your envelope and RSVP will clearly state “and guest,” and their name will also appear under your party on our website. If no guest is listed, the RSVP is intended for you only. While we love everyone, space is limited, and we truly appreciate your understanding. We will also have a kids’ activity table with card and board games, along with homemade activity booklets to keep little ones entertained.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will feature both indoor and outdoor spaces. In Ohio, mid-October temperatures typically range from 45°F to 65°F, so we recommend dressing in layers and bringing something warm to stay comfortable throughout the day!

Question

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Our dress code is dressy-casual! We want you to feel comfortable while still looking polished for the occasion. The wedding party will be wearing shades of orange and deep red, so feel free to coordinate—or simply wear what makes you feel your best!

Question

Is there parking available near the wedding venue?

Answer

There is a large parking lot located directly behind the venue. Riverbirch will have attendants on site to help guide vehicles before the ceremony begins. Please note that overnight parking is not permitted, so be sure to arrange travel plans accordingly!

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We’ve hired an amazing team of photographers and videographers to capture every special moment! Once the reception begins, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like. If you share them on social media, don’t forget to use our wedding hashtag #PermanentlyPitney—we’d love to see all the fun!
