Group booking provides discounted room rates, so please book from our website! *3 night minimum is required for our group booking.* Room rates DECREASE if you are planning to stay 5+ nights. Children 4 - 17 are an additional $55 per child / per night. Children 3 and under are FREE. Prices include meal plans, top shelf alcohol, 24/7 room service, nightly entertainment, gratuities, and more. Flight

Flights to Cancun (CUN)

Travelers are responsible for booking their own flights or you can have the travel agent book at no additional cost. You'll want to arrive at the Cancun (CUN) airport. If you find a rocking deal, please let us know so we can notify other parties, and watch out for extremely long layovers!

Airport to Resort

Round-trip transfers (shuttle from airport to resort, and back) are $45 per person and are booked by our travel agent, Cherie. They should already be added into your total cost at the time of booking. Cherie will be reaching out soon with more specific information about how to find your airport transfer. Keep in mind the resort is about an hour from the airport.

Cell Phone Service / Wifi

Call your carrier to check if Mexico is included as part of your phone plan. If not, many carriers provide a discount plan when you contact them in advance. Verizon may offer a $5 per day option covering all texts, calls, data and roaming fees while traveling. Hard Rock Riviera Maya offers free wifi for all paid guests, resort wide.
