Early check-in options will be available for those staying in the Perkins-Kracher block of rooms. A private shuttle service has been hired for the day and will have scheduled pickups from each hotel, along with optional pickups from private residences. Parking is extremely limited at the venue and there is no Uber or Lyft in the area. Please let me know in advance if you need the shuttle service from your lodging. Whitefish Lodge and Pine Peaks Lodge are the closest hotels to the venue, Manhattan Beach Lodge and Sundance Ridge condos are a few miles away.
