Andrew Brook Trailhead
One of our favorite hikes in the area! If you have a few free hours, head up the Andrew Brook Trail. It's a beautiful hike alongside a mountain stream to Lake Solitude, with the option to continue to the top of Mount Sunapee. Parking is available at the designated pull-off on Mountain Road. Plan for about 3–4 hours round trip to Lake Solitude or 5–7 hours round trip to the summit. It's well worth the effort!

We don't golf - but we know our friends do! Great public golf course.
Mount Kearsarge Summit
One of our favorite hikes in the Lake Sunapee area! We recommend hiking Mount Kearsarge from the Wilmot side by parking at Winslow State Park. From there, take the Barlow Trail to the summit - about a 3 hour hike. We recommend bringing cash. $4 per adult.
