What airport should I travel into?

Answer

If you are coming from out of town, you should travel into Tampa International Airport. The airport is 45 minutes from the hotel.

Is there parking available?

Answer

There is plenty of parking on site. When you arrive there will be a valet service.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive at 3:30pm, a half hour prior to the start of the ceremony. This way we can make sure everyone is on time and get the party started as scheduled!

What should I wear?

Answer

We suggest semi-formal attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses or full length dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Although it is December, it is still Florida. During the day we can expect warm weather with the highs in the 70s. Once the sun set, the lows will be in the upper 50s.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, guests can head to the pavilion for cocktail hour. After cocktail hour, the reception will begin at 6:00pm in the barn.

Will the ceremony be indoor or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please specify on your RSVP if you have a food allergy or any dietary restrictions.

Will Uber/Lyft be able to pick up/drop off from the venue?

Answer

There are Ubers/Lyfts available to pick up/drop off from the venue.
