How Do I RSVP?

What if I Don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by February 21st, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you. However, we have provided an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs.

what should i do if i can't make it?

Answer

Ethan and Sarah will definitely miss you! If you cannot attend our wedding, please RSVP "will NOT attend" so that we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'ed as "Attending" but find that you will not be able to make it, please notify Sarah or Ethan as soon as possible.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love for you to dress your best for our big day! We ask that you either wear semi-formal or garden party attire. For the Ladies: spring/summer dresses of any length. For the Gentlemen: dress shirts, potentially with suit jackets, slacks or khakis *Disclaimer: most of our venue will be in grass. March weather in NorCal is also very unpredictable, so bring layers to keep you warm if needed.

Can I bring a date/plus-one?

Answer

Due to venue limitations and cost effectiveness, we can only accommodate guests that are formally invited on your wedding invitation. All invites will be made out to "Your Name," and some will include "& Guest," meaning one plus-one has been allotted to you. Thank you for your understanding!

what time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting at 3 pm. We ask that you arrive and be in your seats no later than 10-15 minutes before the ceremony starts. You may arrive earlier than 15 minutes to have time to park, leave a message in our guest book, and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has begun, you will not be allowed in until after the ceremony has taken place.

can i take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony - no phones or cameras will be used until the reception. We would love for you to be fully present with us as we become husband and wife. We have hired professionals to capture our special moment and we will share photos as we receive them. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos or videos as you like!

Question

will there be an open bar or alcoholic beverages?

Answer

No. We will not be having alcohol at our wedding due to our venue policy, so please do not bring any of your own. We will be serving other non-alcoholic options!
