Matron of Honor
My momma. My hero. The woman who made me who I am today. It was a no brainer who my Maid of Honor would be (and let's be honest, she didn't really have a choice!) She's my best friend - gives me my come to Jesus moments, but assists in the stupid stuff, too. I am damn lucky to have her as my mother and role model. I love you whole 'tired universe.
Best Man
Man, the stories I could (but probably shouldn't) share. We've had some wild times; some I'll never forget, some I can't believe even happened! Definitely one of the most logical people I know, but that never stopped us! From "charitable donations", to riding on top of his old Saturn - I wouldn't trade any of it for the world. I had the honor of standing next to him as he married his best friend, It's only fair that I return the favor, and force him to do the same!
Bridesmaid
This little turd... Kennabear - the ball of angry sunshine that keeps my life interesting. Even though she makes it a goal of hers to flick every last nerve I have, I'm glad I'm forced to be her big sister. She has grown into an extremely intelligent, ambitious, honest woman who doesn't take shit from anyone, and I admire everything about her. My hype-woman for the night, ladies and gentlemen.
Groomsman
I'm so lucky to be able to call this dude my brother. There isn't a thing that he can't accomplish once he sets his mind to it. I couldn't be more proud of the man he's grown to be! I'll never say it to his face, but he did end up the better looking of the two. He definitely got our fathers brains, as well. I couldn't imagine getting married without him up there by my side. There's nothing in this world that I wouldn't do for you. Love you buddy!
Bridesmaid
We were co-workers who clicked at a dead-end job; fantasizing about getting the hell out of there and making a name for ourselves. That fantasy turned into a reality, and even though we may be miles apart because of it, I'm really thankful we took that crappy job. Now we're both engaged, in each others weddings, and happy...well happy is an understatement. We finally made it, love! I made a lifelong friend in that temporary place, and I couldn't think of a more genuine, loving person to have by my side on my special day!
Groomsman
I can't even remember a time when Tye wasn't around! We met at daycare when we were 2 years old and have been running together ever since! I always looked up to Tye, growing up. We definitely kept our mothers on their toes! It wasn't long before we considered Tye and his momma part of our family - my mom always said Tye was her favorite son! Now you've got a beautiful family of your own, and I have no doubt you'll have some payback for your youth! I wouldn't be here without you, brother. Thank you.
Father of the Bride
My sweet daddy. To say he puts up with my shit is an understatement. We may not always see eye-to-eye, and I may be runnin' him out of "steps", but I love this man to the ends of the Earth. He taught me to never settle for less than I deserve or am capable of, and to never sweat the small stuff. I was a rotten turd of a teenager, but trust me when I say I always have been, and always will be, a daddy's girl. I love you bunches, Dad.
Mother of the Groom
This woman deserves all of the credit and praise. I know I haven't made it easy. but I also know I haven't made it boring! Beyond measure, she's supported and loved me unconditionally. Growing up, I always knew that mom and dad had my back. Always there to whip me back into shape, or pick me up when I'm down. She is my heart and soul. I'll never be able to properly thank you for everything you continue to do for me. I love you more than you'll ever know!
