We were introduced by a mutual friend- Kathy! Alex tried for about a week to get me to go on a date with him and I would always come up with excuses. Well, I finally said yes only if Kathy and another friend Leeza could go on the date with us- poor guy. Alex picked me up and off to dinner we went, I talked the ENTIRE time and we hit it off like we had known each other forever! We have basically been inseparable ever since.

It was a Tuesday and I had just gotten home from the grocery store and was in the kitchen putting groceries away. Alex seemed really anxious and next thing I know he was on one knee in our kitchen! Of course I said yes! About an hour later Alex got called out on a call and was gone for most of the night but luckily his family came over to celebrate with me. It was perfect!
